What types of magnetic strips for tools are there?

In our online shop you will find a large selection of different magnetic tool holders and magnetic strips for various areas of application.

 • Tool holder with ferrite magnets in a galvanized U-profile
 •
Chrome-plated magnetic strips for tools such as hammers and screwdrivers as well as fine electronics equipment

Classic knife strips that can also function as magnetic nail holders

Depending on the area of application, magnetic strips for tools must do different things. Sometimes you need a metal strip with a special coating, sometimes a plastic version that is not susceptible to corrosion. Many of our magnetic holder models can also be easily integrated into an existing perforated wall system.

How do I find the right tool magnetic strip?

If you are looking for a suitable strip for your workshop arrangement, you should first and foremost check the load capacity and length. From us you can buy simple strips as well as magnetic strips for heavier tools in industrial quality.
In addition, most of our models are available in different lengths. Isn't the one that's right for you there? Then simply combine several magnetic rails for your tool.
We always offer you a suitable price-performance ratio and attractive graduated prices when you purchase two strips of the same type.

How do you mount magnetic strips for tools on your wall?

Depending on the version of the magnetic tool holder, different types of fastening can be used. We carry magnetic strips for tools, most of which are screwed directly to the wall. Dowels and screws are included in the scope of delivery.

When installing your new magnetic strip for tools, you will need a drill (depending on the wall, an impact wrench), a hammer, a spirit level, and a pen. It's best to proceed step by step:

 1. Find the desired location for your tool holder.
 2.
Hold the tool holder magnetic strip at this position and straighten it using the spirit level.
 3.
Mark the spot on the wall with the pen. It makes sense to mark the mounting holes.
 4.
Drill the holes, paying attention to the appropriate depth.
 5.
Then all you must do is push the dowels into the holes and screw the magnetic tool strip to the wall.

After assembly, test the stability of the magnetic strip on the wall using a few tools. If the strip is wobbly or even falls, you will either have to use other anchors or look for a more stable place on the wall. For some variants, you can drill additional mounting holes using the appropriate drill - but this is usually not necessary with our magnetic tool strips.

Many areas of application for magnetic strip tool holders

In addition to keeping your tools safe, the practical, magnetic tool holders can also be used for other purposes in the workshop. For example, mount your company sign clearly visible in your premises using a magnetic strip. Are your signs not made of metal? Then equip it with the right magnetic frame, for example!
