Our permanent lifting magnets - Your reliable load train for the workshop or at home
Are you looking for a reliable lifting device for steel blocks or beams, pipes, signs etc.? Then look at our permanent lifting magnets. These are not only suitable for transporting objects - you can also use them as holders for street signs, hooks, or the like. They are also ideal for collecting and separating ferrous materials.
Our lifting magnets can be used as useful tools in a wide variety of areas. They are generally suitable for smaller and larger loads of up to 2,000 kg (for flat materials) and can also withstand high temperatures.
What are lifting magnets used for?
Lifting magnets are compact devices with a plastic or iron housing that are used as load lifting and holding systems in both small workshops and large production halls.
You can simply take the light lifting magnets in your hand to fix steel or iron parts to magnetic surfaces or to collect small parts such as screws and nails from the floor.
With the larger permanent lifting magnets such as the heavy-duty lifting magnet, it is advisable to attach them directly to a means of transport. This could be an electric winch, a crane, or some other type of lifting device. With the VariaBox magnets and the lifting magnet for flat and round material, the eyelet ensures that they can be attached to hooks or similar in a particularly uncomplicated manner.
Our practical holding aids consist of a multi-pole magnet system. The smooth undersides of the magnets lift loads of up to 2,000 kg and hold them solely through the built-up magnetic circuit and the magnetic tension.
Advantages of our switchable permanent magnets at a glance
Our practical permanent lifting magnets offer you various advantages:
• Safely and reliably withstand loads of up to 2,000 kg on flat surfaces
• Replace fastening devices on load cranes or similar
• Can be attached simply and easily
• Suitable for manual operation
The operating costs for our permanent lifting magnets are also almost non-existent. They do not require an electronic power supply and are robust in use - there is no significant friction during panning. The lifting magnets work reliably even at high temperatures of up to 80 °C.
What should be considered when using the permanent lifting magnets?
Especially if you want to use the magnets to lift heavier loads, you should make sure beforehand that the permanent lifting magnets are properly attached.
In the case of thinner, painted or not absolutely flat adhesive surfaces, the adhesive force or adhesion can be greatly reduced and may only be a fraction of the values determined in the test.
We carry these types of holding magnets
With our lifting magnets, you can choose between those that are suitable for medium loads from 18 kg to 45 kg and those that can also lift heavy loads without any problems - lifting magnets for 100 kg, 500 kg or up to 2,000 kg.
For easy use, our carrying magnets with a handy handle are particularly recommended. These can be easily transported and do not require a special holding device but can simply be picked up. For example, you can pick up and fasten metal plates with one hand, while the other hand is free to use tools such as drills or screwdrivers.
If, on the other hand, greater load capacity is required, our lifting magnet is ideal for flat and round material. The compact magnet lifter can lift round material up to 1,000 kg and flat material even up to a working load of 2,000 kg. The material length must not exceed 378 mm. This special permanent lifting magnet is therefore optimally tailored for use in industrial production. The industrial lifting magnet can also be switched on and off with the help of the switching lever - you can reverse its polarity. This is because the device consists of a fixed part and a moving part. The shift lever rotates the moving part back and forth so that – depending on the position of the lever – the same or differently charged poles are on top of each other. They either repel or attract each other.
